Tyler, the Creator released his highly anticipated sophomore album Goblin today and hasn’t let a run in with authorities slow down his promotion. Earlier today it was rumored that the “Yonker” rapper had been arrested while promoting his album near Westchester High School in Los Angeles.
Details were sketchy as Tyler took to Twitter around 7PM EST to spew vitriol at law enforcement. “F**K COPS. F**K POLICE F**K YOU ALL I HOPE YOU ALL DIE. I WILL NEVER RESPECT YOU. PIGS,” tweeted Tyler in rapid succession.

Shortly after his initial rant, Tyler re-tweeted a photo taken by user @KARrunsLA that showed him in handcuffs. Another of her photos revealed a skateboard being confiscated by police as a large crowd of people observed. The gathered fans were in front of Westchester because earlier in the day Tyler had let fans know it was one of the locations were they would be able to get wristbands that would grant them entrance into a “secret” album release show at the Troubadour club in West Hollywood.

When MTV News reached out to Tyler’s reps for confirmation of his arrest we were told that he had only been detained for causing a public disturbance and was now at the Troubador getting set to perform. According to OFWGKTA publicist Heathcliff Berru, Tyler was neither arrested nor charged with anything.

Apparently brash 20 year old wasn’t kidding when he later tweeted, “I Swear To Atheist God Tho, F**K COPS. I'm Moshing Tonight. F**k Cops F**k Cops #GOBLIN.”

As this story went to press, Tyler captured and tweeted a photo of the show's audience with the caption “F*cking Mosh Already.”
